Ariel Eco Picture
The Children of Verwood CE First School and Nursery came together to celebrate a fantastic team effort making use of unrecyclable plastic. Firstly creating almost 300 Eco bricks with their families and then working together to create this giant Eco art.
The piece of artwork captured by a drone, used the eco bricks (which are filled with unrecyclable plastic). The children wanted to include sea creatures made from plastic including jellyfish, turtles and a huge octopus! This all highlighted the children’s awareness of plastic and the dangers to our oceans. The children are now on a mission (working with DWP and Morrisons supermarket) to make sure plastic is recycled properly and our shopping choices bring less plastic into our homes.
